We know how you feel when you cannot access your website(s).Sometime it is a false alarm but sometimes it is not. Here are some steps you can take to check if your website is really down or it's just you:

  • Try accessing your website from a different connection - In most cases, it is just your IP blocked in the firewall so you cannot access your website. Use a Proxy/VPN to check if you can access the website with that. You can also ask a friend to try to access your website - If they can then it's just you. You can also use "http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com" to confirm this.
  • Check the network issues page in the client area to see if there is any scheduled maintenance or known issues.
  • If you have recently changed the DNS for your domain then it might not be accessible for you, propagation can take up to 72 hours. You can use http://whatsmydns.net to check if you dns has updated. You can also use http://intodns.com to check for any DNS issues you may have.
  • Check if the server is down or accessible - You can use 'Just-Ping' to do this. You can access it at http://just-ping.com.com. Simply, enter the IP of the server to check if it is accessible or not.
  • If you have noticed an issue then kindly open a ticket describing the issue and what steps were taken to determine that there is an issue. If it is just you who cannot access the website then your IP is most likely to be blocked by the firewall. Simply, open a ticket regarding this and our staff will unblock you and let you know the reason it was blocked.
