Is there a dedicated IP included with my reseller account?
A dedicated IP is included free of charge for your main account. We also include a Static IP with every plan which means the IP your clients use will not be shared with any other account on the server.
How long does setup take? And can RTH transfer accounts from my old host?
Setup is instant! You will receive a welcome email right after you complete payment. We can also transfer all accounts from your old hosting provider, free of charge. Please open a support ticket in order to request this.
Can I upgrade my reseller hosting plan?
At RapidTechHosting, it is always free and easy to upgrade; your hosting grows as your business grows. As a reseller, you also control the resource allocation to fit your clients needs.
How much money can I make by being a reseller?
The earning potential as a Reseller is practically limitless. The reseller program allows you to charge whatever you want and sell as many web hosting plans as you would like. You can also customize your own plans and upgrade if you need more resources.
Do you really offer unlimited SSL Certificates?
Yes we do! There is no limit on the number of domains you can get an SSL Certificate for. As long as your client's domain is hosted on our network, you can request an SSL Certificate for it. Simply generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) from your Web Hosting Manager (WHM) and open a ticket with the following details: CSR and Private Key, Domain name and the verification email (must be @yourdomain).
Update (from Q1 2017): All domains hosted on the server now receive an SSL Certificate automatically within 24 hours of account creation.
